1. 7-Day Exchange Window
If a size doesn’t fit or you wish to switch styles, you have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a free exchange. We will arrange a doorstep pickup and dispatch your replacement set at no additional courier charge.
2. Hygiene & Condition Guidelines
Because our products touch the delicate skin of newborns and nursing mothers, returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and retain all original tags and biodegradable packaging.
3. Refund Methods
For prepaid orders (UPI / Card / NetBanking), refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days upon quality clearance. For COD orders, we transfer refunds directly via UPI or NEFT.
