Refund Process:
If the return is accepted, the refund amount will be issued as store credits. Store credits can be utilized for future orders on our website.

To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@playout.co.in or message us on WhatsApp with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number].” Include your purchase order details and information about the courier used for the return or you can request via contact us page.
Incorrect or Damaged Products:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please inform us via email at contact@playout.co.in or WhatsApp us within 12 hours of receiving the order. Include photographs of the damaged item and your purchase order details for swift resolution.
Conditions for Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition or does not meet our eligibility criteria. Returns received without the necessary details or information may be declined.
